SUMMARY
***
Please, see title

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System settings, then go to Notifications -> (Application-specific settings) Configure... -> Plasma workspace -> Configure Events...;
2. Choose, e.g. "Notifications" from the list;
3. Flag the "Play a sound" checkbox;
4. Do not choose any file, then press "OK".

OBSERVED RESULT
System is supposed to play a sound for that event (look at the "play" icon in the "status" column), but since no file is selected this won't happen.

EXPECTED RESULT
That shouldn't happen

Can confirm, and it's an issue in the new Plasma 6 implementation as well.
