FIXED I did uninstall package "kde-config-fcitx" and the second menu entry did disappear. I already have other package used for fcitx5 configuration: "fcitx5-config-qt". Both packages are invoked by use of "fcitx5-configtool" command which then "will automatically detect your desktop environment and launch the corresponding implementation within fcitx5-configtool package. " as described here: https://fcitx-im.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Configtool_(Fcitx_5). But still I cannot configure Fcitx5 through "System Settings" Menu. "Input Method" menu looks like the old one provided with Fcitx4 (though I did uninstall old Fcitx and I did purge it), and fields in window are empty, buttons do not react on mouse-clicking. I have to launch "fcitx5-configtool" through Terminal to configure Fcitx5 successfully.
