STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the desktop and select shut down.

OBSERVED RESULT
Every time it just logs me out. it does NOT shut down the computer. 

EXPECTED RESULT
When I tell the computer to shut down I expect it to shut down. When I tell it to shut down it should NOT just log me out or lock the screen!

Does the menu item you're clicking on actually say "Shut down?" Or does it say "Leave"? Can you take a screenshot of it?
