I'm finding myself constantly sorting views.
I use Peak by default.
Is it possible to:
1. make the default configurable
2. make the default be Peak
3. make it remember the sorting of the views between runs

Any of these would make the usage of heaptrack a bit more pleasant.

I'm using self-compiled build at commit 19552f5f62f5946b5bdcf136f3876c05cf757b75

option number 3 would be ideal I believe - patches welcome :) 

otherwise I'll see when I get to this, cannot promise an ETA
