SUMMARY
It's not possible to paste an image in the clipboard directly to a chat.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Print Screen
2. Ctrl+V in a chat
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
NeoChat freezes, and nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
An image is pasted.

So this seems like a Window specific issue as it works fine on my Fedora install
