ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
(NOTE: I dont use Krita, and I wanted to test it out since I got a drawing tablet, But seems I have a problem. My color wheel looks really weird, not the shape, not it being a grayish tone, but it has no black and white corners but a random combinationof colours. It also creates a weird affect when i lightly brush onto another colour sort of like inverted but not? and it also smugest a bit too. I tried looking into the settings but it said that myt color wheel is already set as default. In advance coloring it is also defealt as well as the pop up pallet but when i click on the colour next to the texture box, my color wheel shows up completely different. On my drawings from a few days ago, the color wheel is fine, but wheni creat new files to draw on the problem happens. what do I do? Is this a bug and please do fix it because its uncomfortable to draw on your app now.)

Your colour wheel looks very much like the document is set to XYZ colour model instead of RGB. The status bar in the Krita window states the colour model. Does it say XYZ on there?

When you create a new document, in the "Create new document" dialog, look for the field that says "Model" and change it back to "RGB/Alpha", this should fix your issue.

comfortably.
