I open Dolphin and suddenly the Plasma panel doesnt react anymore. The cursor has the "resize window mode" with the two arrows, instead of the normal pointer, even though moving above the panel.

I click the Dolphin icon some times.

the Dolphin window appears, but its scaled too small and shows on the top left of my screen, it disappears again. After a few seconds, there are multiple instances open.

I could quickly start a journalctl log:
