SUMMARY
The config overlay hides automatically even if a cursor is over it.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter edit mode
2. Move the cursor over the toolbar
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The toolbar hides automatically

EXPECTED RESULT
The toolbar stays visible
