SUMMARY
Provide support for XDG Extended Attribute spec.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Download a webpage on xattr-supported file system.

OBSERVED RESULT
user.xdg.origin and user.xdg.referrer extended attributes are not set.

EXPECTED RESULT
Set user.xdg.origin and user.xdg.referrer as per Freedesktop standard: https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/CommonExtendedAttributes/
