STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. apply Breeze Classic color scheme in Colors module of System Settings
2. open a video with Haruna
3. hover over the seek bar

OBSERVED RESULT
tooltip with unreadable text. Please see the attached screenshot.

tooltip with readable text
