Description gudvinr+kde 2023-08-25 08:48:00 UTC
SUMMARY

At 23% KDE Connect widget shows battery level as red (low battery), while phone itself doesn't consider it as low and Battery saver mode only turns on at 20%

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Discharge phone
2. Stare at KDE Connect applet

OBSERVED RESULT
Low battery indication

EXPECTED RESULT
Low battery indication should be consistent with what phone itself consider "low battery"

@aristsakas You're wrong about that. BUG 434291 is likely caused by rounding and results in "off by 1" error.

This issue is completely different. It's about KDE Connect treating likely hardcoded value of 25% as "low battery" indicator instead of actually getting threshold from phone itself. In my case low battery threshold is 20% and not 25.
