STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Task Switcher KCM
2. choose Thumbnail Grid task switcher under "Visualization"
3. apply the change
4. open some windows and test the task switcher

OBSERVED RESULT
the app icon sometimes overlaps the windows title. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur

What font and font size are you using? Does it reproduce with 10pt Noto Sans?

The font is SF Pro Display 10pt. Cannot reproduce with default font settings.

tabbox/switchers/thumbnail_grid: refine icon positioning

This way it won't overlap the label when using a font with unusual
metrics.
