AF point in Canon DPP 4 (top) and Digikam (bottom)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Canon .CR3 file in Digikam Lighttable.
2. Activate AF points
3. Compare to active AF points shown in Canon DPP 4.

OBSERVED RESULT
Digikam and DPP show different AF points for the same image. AF point is not marked "active" (red border) in Digikam Lighttable

EXPECTED RESULT
Digikam and DPP should show the same active AF point for the same image

In this sample image, digiKam-8.2.0 from git/master and yesterday's changes shows the focus point in the correct place.

Please wait until a pre-release version of digiKam-8.2.0 is available before opening further bug reports. Feel free to post more Google Drive links to sample images on a closed bug report from you.

I wasn't sure I could add more images to a closed bug report. Will do that next time. I hope this didn't generate too much overhead. And THANKS for fixing the bugs!

Sullivan,

All 8.2.0 pre-release bundles are now rebuild with the last Maik fixes. Files can be downloaded here :

https://files.kde.org/digikam/

Please test with the AppImage bundle if the problem is fixed for you.

Best

Tested using the latest 8.2.0 pre-release. The issue appears to have been fixed. Thanks!
