SUMMARY
When opening an image and on a message in the listview, you can scroll (i think this behavior is from mobile).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image in neochat
2. Press on a message delegate below/behind the overlay (do not release the left click)
3. Move the mouse up and down

Can't reproduce. This sounds like you're using an outdated version of neochat; in current versions, the timeline can't be scrolled by moving the mouse. The image overlay also captures mouse movement itself to move between images
