STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Install Kubuntu 23.04. Ensure "Activities" is enabled. Try to pin/unpin something from the icons-only taskbar.

OBSERVED RESULT
The option to unpin shorcuts is missing. All I have is the option to "show in activities"

EXPECTED RESULT
Right-click on a shortcut in the taskbar should have an option to "Unpin" an app shortcut. I cannot delete the shortcuts. Including one which is now dead in the water (the app for that shortcut is uninstalled).

Click the "An all activities" menu item. It's checkable, so by clicking it, you're unchecking it.

Gotcha, I saw that if there are more than two activities running the term used is "Pin to
Task Manager". Which is confusing because the term used when sub 2 activites is "Unpin from Task Manager".
