ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If I unplug the docking station (usb c connected) then Krita starts normally - If I plug it back after Krita started I have no issues at all.

There is nothing we can do about this report. It seems this is a common bug for the D6000 docker and 3D reliant applications. Krita uses openGL for the canvas representation so it does 3D. I'm sorry but we cannot fix this as there is nothing krita can do to detect special hardware and react upon it. For reference I base my reasoning in one of several other bug reports on the docker you are probably using https://forums.sketchup.com/t/sketchup-wont-start-dell-d6000-docking-station/146193
