audio widget and audio system settings does not have the same audio channels

SUMMARY
Different audio devices form system settings and widget.
Widget has two times the same device.
If trying to change to other audio devices it gets tick as selected but does not get selected.
I can not change to other devices nor change volume via scrolling on widget or widget panel.
If I change sound in the other name it does change volume, I can change volume in the headset too.
