STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. to start with a clean slate: .local/share/kfile/bookmarks.xml; .local/share/dolphin/bookmarks.xml 
2. Add some bookmarks in Dolphin
3. Add a bookmark in the file chooser dialog in any app

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin shows only the one bookmark from the file chooser dialog

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin keeps its own bookmarks
