STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start e.g. https://flathub.org/apps/io.github.seadve.Kooha . The window has a fixed size and cannot be resized. 
In the window context menu (triggered by Alt+F3) the action to resize the window is grayed out
2. Right-click on the taskmanager

OBSERVED RESULT
More > Resize is enabled, but clicking it doesn't allow to resize the window

EXPECTED RESULT
The task manager menu and window menu are consistent and the Resize action is disabled
