STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable/remove calendar/contacts (/mail) accounts, or Clear akonadi indexes in `~/.local/share/akonadi/`.
2. Make large files so there is <500M left on disk
3. Re-enable or re-add the accounts.

OBSERVED RESULT
Akonadi gladly fills the rest of the space and grinds the system to a halt.

EXPECTED RESULT
Akonadi declines to fill the disk, or removes some of its indexes, while notifying the user about nearly full disk space: in its own logs, possibly an announcement of its own, and possibly in a shared log through the disk space monitoring applciations.
