STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open geolocation editor
2. Open search tab
3. Place cursor in the search box
4. Press enter on keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
Geolocation editor window closes

Search is executed

This was originally reported in 2016 as bug 358486 and fixed in commit 12207190, but it has apparently regressed.
