Error message when trying to run latest version of Ednlive.

I tried to run Endlive versions  master-1563-macos-clang-x86_64 and 23.04.3 under Mojave 10.14.6 and neither will run after being installed. See attached error message.

The error message seems pretty clear. The version of macOS you're using isn't supported and you'll have to upgrade.
