SUMMARY
When panel height is 38, I have a monochrome icon,
when panel height is 40 or more, I have a colored icon.
Please see the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
the icon should not change depending on the panel height

applet/showdesktop/minimizeall: ask for -symbolic version of CompactRep icon

We want to use this versions if it exists, so the Panel icon will always
be monochrome when using a mixed mono/colorful icon theme.
