SUMMARY
***
Windows that were opened in a maximized state cannot be properly resized using the mouse cursor (Wayland)
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Maximize the window
3. Close it
4. Open it again (the window should open in a maximized state)
5. De-maximize the window
6. Grab the top-left corner with the mouse cursor and try resizing the window

OBSERVED RESULT
Window resizes to it's minimal width/height
Grabbed corner jumps few pixels away from the cursor

EXPECTED RESULT
Window should resize to the desired values instead
Grabbed corner should follow the cursor until the left click is released
