STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open systemsetting
2. go windows management -> titlebar actions -> right click (active/inactive) and select "shade"
3. click with right mouse button on the border of any open window, to test the effect

OBSERVED RESULT
- Wayland: it doesn't work
- X11: it works well
