STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable theme from attachment
2. Open Spectacle

OBSERVED RESULT
The window is empty (shows what's behind)
I would take a screenshot, but don't know how to without spectacle.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window shows the spectacle interface

Hmm seems to be fixed in plasma 5.27.7. Windows that would be translucent under 5.27.6 also don't become translucent anymore.
