SUMMARY

- Community wiki is missing CC-SA logo graphic
- Userbase wiki is missing CC-SA logo graphic
- Userbase wiki is missing internationalization sign graphic

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit https://community.kde.org/Main_Page or,
2. Visit https://userbase.kde.org/Welcome_to_KDE_UserBase 
3. Scroll to bottom

OBSERVED RESULT

Notice, next to the "powered by mediawiki" badge, the text Creative Commons SA. This is visible in Firefox and Falkon. Falkon also shows the "broken image" icon.

Notice, filled in in the languages drop-down (userbase only) the text vector-no-language-button-label.

EXPECTED RESULT

Graphics should be served from the mediawiki pages.
