STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Take a screenshot using Spectacle
2.  Draw an arrow with the annotations
3.  Change tool to select the arrow
4. Delete the arrow
5. Save or copy / paste the screenshot

OBSERVED RESULT
Arrow appears in screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
No arrow in the screenshot

I have not tested on Wayland, sorry :( If its only a problem in X11 then sorry you can close this.

Oops I forgot to fill out the summary, but its basically in the title.

SUMMARY
When annotating a screenshot taken with Spectacle, after drawing arrows, if you then delete them after saving the arrows remain in the output.

Can you test again with version 23.08? I can't reproduce it in that release. Thanks!
