SUMMARY
High resolution scrolling is broken when starting Plasma in Wayland mode.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a mouse capable of high resolution scrolling (MX Master 3 in my case)
2. launch Plasma in Wayland mode

OBSERVED RESULT
mouse behaves like an oldschool mouse with a stepped scroll wheel

EXPECTED RESULT
mouse should scroll smoothly like under X11

Applications need to support high resolution scrolling for it to be used, and Qt 5 has no support for it. This will be fixed as apps upgrade to Qt 6
