STEPS TO REPRODUCE

2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT

It seems when you using scaling desktop 150% in wayland session like me, when i want specify window size in window rules i cant use real resolution. For example when i put 3000x2000px the real window will by 150% bigger than 3000x2000.

This change some applications behavior. Blender open bigger, qemu gtk is unusable. Everything in qemu window getting wrong coordinates for cursor. I don't know is that qemu problem or i need to report it in new ticket here as kde wayland bug.

Logical resolution must be used.
