SUMMARY An arguably minor but sometimes distracting issue is that the brush preview outline rotates inline with the canvas while rotating the canvas with rotate shortcuts (not including rotate mode which hides the preview). This is unlike the cursor which either stays on its position of the screen or disappears, depending on if a mouse or pen is being used. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Select a brush with a large preview outline like Dry Textured Creases. 2. Place the cursor somewhere on the canvas, lift stylus away from the screen. 3. Rotate using hotkeys. OBSERVED RESULT The brush preview rotates with the canvas. EXPECTED RESULT The brush preview should conform to the same behavior as the cursor. It moves in position too.
Yes, the reposition aspect is what I meant to be the distracting part, rather than rotation. Slightly changed the title to reflect that. It's distracting in the sense that it can change my impression of the artwork to have this random "speck" in a place that I don't expect.
