Created attachment 160570 [details] an annoying crash in krita SUMMARY *** NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. I open krita that I installed by flatpak; 2. create a new file or open an existing one; 3. I choose the brush and I'm going to change their settings; 4. I can't change it because the functions are locked, they don't move and the window is worse too. OBSERVED RESULT By accessing brush engines and changing brush settings. As picture. It doesn't change, looks like it's stuck. It only performs the process when switching the krita window with another application. I also noticed the same issue on ubuntu 23.04. EXPECTED RESULT the result I was hoping would be able to change brush functions without this crash. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Fedora Linux 38 (wokstation Edition), Gnome 44.3, bash 5.2.15 ,kernel: 6.4.4-200.fc38.x86_64 CPU: Intel i3-9100F (4) 4.200GHz, NVIDIA Geforce GT 710, 8 Giga DDR4 memory, SSD 480GB ADATA ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I notice the same issue on snap on ubuntu 23.04 and Flatpak. So I switched to fedora 38 and performed the same test with flatpak.
Hi, Ubiratan! Could you please check the latest AppImage package for Krita 5.2.Beta2. From your description it looks as if the bug is somehow related to Flatpack packaging. https://krita.org/en/item/second-beta-for-krita-5-2-0-released/
