Created attachment 160543 [details] Area where right click > create new... > folder creates a new subfolder, save window on left, dolphin dietails view on right When using right click > create new... > folder for creating a new folder in the "save as..." window, the folder often ends up being created in an existing folder instead of the current folder. This is when there is a folder in the line where the right click happens. When there is a file instead, I can't create a new folder in the right click menu. When there is nothing (i.e. only few files), I can right click to create a folder in the current folder. In Dolphin details view mode, things look almost exactly the same, but behave differently. Right click > create new... > folder always creates a folder in the current folder, unless I click on the name of an existing folder. For clarification, I added two screenshots of both windows (save window and Dolphin details view), with the area where right click > create new... > folder creates a subfolder outlined in red. I am aware the save file window is something specialized, and that there is a separate create folder button. But having the same thing doing something different than in same looking Dolphin details view mode is confusing, even with a text showing the target. I suggest that either the behaviour here is changed to match Dolphin details view mode, or at least the text is clarified e.g. to have right click > create new... > subfolder whenever a subfolder will be created.
