STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install fresh new install Fedora (or others distros with kde)
2. Update the system
3. Open the system monitor
4. A bit of delay to open
5. Bugs, bugs everywhere

OBSERVED RESULT
The system monitor sometimes crash, an have visual stuttering and bugs when using. On both X11 and wayland, the problem occurs, but slight different.

EXPECTED RESULT
 The system monitor would open and have a complete functional working application, that's NOT what happens.

Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora linux 38
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.108.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
X11 in current use. 7.6 gbs of ram, 4 × Intel® Core™ i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz.
As graphical processment, i use Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 620.
My laptop is Acer Aspire A315-53
And version is V2.03
