STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. play sound
2. tools -> Equailzer 
3. Change from combo box , Sound Effect is not working.

OBSERVED RESULT
Sound Effect is not working.


EXPECTED RESULT
Sound Effect is working as any change.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Equalizer was working in some old ver of Amarok in this year.
it is working in other software clementine , if read/import equalizer settings from clementine is a good Idea.

it is working with fresh system install.
