WORKAROUND, downgrade to 23.04.3-1416
Comment 1 GK 2023-08-02 05:40:16 UTC
Seems to work again as of
23.0.4.3-1426

Unsure if this was a nightly-build transient.
I was wondering if the the scoop file light manifest could point instead to a monthly stable builds that have been checked to work instead of nightly builds direct from the kde-factory. AFAICT, these automatic new nightlies, build every 3 days, and its is not clear if there are any changes into the app's codebase.

Seems to be an downstream (scoop) issue.
