Application Dashboard

The way used to scroll the apps is an alphabetical method in Application Dashboard when view All Aplications option. There is no way to scroll apps through their categories. There are options on the side, but it is not possible to scroll over them. To improve the user experience it would be important to have this option.
Taking advantage of this issue, it would also be important to think about the number of lines scrolled using the alphabetical method. It is a little tiring when the user's habit is to use the option to view all applications. Each scroll could scroll a few more lines at once.

Thank you for the feature request. It's been a long time since this was opened, and the behavior of Application Dashboard may now do what you want.

When I set it up the way you describe, I'm able to mouse over the categories on the right side (which is what it sounds like when you describe scrolling over them). When I hover the cursor over a category, I see the apps under that category.

If you are looking for different behavior, can you describe what value it would bring over what I see? Thanks!
