SUMMARY *** After screensaver, default menu disappears on my primary screen. On the second screen the menu bar remains. I can add a new default panel back on the primary screen, however - eventually both panels will come back overlapping each other. This process repeats consistently and I can end up with many panels overlapping. Also: The wallpaper goes black on my secondary screen but not my primary screen. Some windows become transparent until moved and windows that were on the second screen all move to the primary screen, requring me to drag them back again - annoying when you have a number of terminal windows arranged in a specific way. When logging back in to the screensaver window it may not be possible (can't type characters into password box) requiring me to choose log in as new user, which then does complete and brings me back to my active desktop This is an nvi NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Wait for screensaver to activate 2. Log in (might require choosing log in as new user due to another bug) OBSERVED RESULT Task bar on primary monitor is missing, wallpaper, window and other issue now present as per above. EXPECTED RESULT Task bar exists on primary monitor, wallpaper remains on my seconary monitor, windows are in the same place I left them, I don't have transparency issues and I don't need to choose log in as new user in order to get this far. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubunu 22.04 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.7 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Nvidia 4090 running Nvidia binary drivers
When this happens, can you recover by running `plasmashell --replace` in a terminal window?
