If you add clipboard widget to youre panel its content will only use half of dialog.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add clipboard widget to youre panel.
2. Open it.
3. Observe that content of clipboard take half of dialog.

OBSERVED RESULT
Clipboard content take half of dialog.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clipboard content take 100% of space.
