Description Jordan Wood 2023-07-21 12:32:56 UTC
KDE sleeps while playing a game with a controller on Wayland
***
While using a controller in-game, KDE will go to sleep after 15 minutes if you haven't touched your mouse or keyboard. It says in the power management tray that the steam client is keeping the system awake but it isn't. When using X11 this problem doesn't occur.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play a game with a controller
2. Wait 15 minutes (Or until screen is set to sleep)
3. Screen will sleep

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen sleeps while game is running, while using a controller.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen is not supposed to sleep while a game is running
