SUMMARY
Since 18.7.2023 the rate change dont update online

I have solved it changing 

1\s[^=]+\s=</span><br\s/>\s([^\s]+)

with

1\s[^=]+\s=</span><br/>\s([^\s]+)

I suppose that fx-rate.net  page have been modified

Please don't open a new bug to report to report a fix, especially where there is already a bug open, and the breakage is caused by a source we don't control.  This has also been addresses (with a slightly different change to the PRICE regex) on Discuss, which is a better place to report such updates, or else one of the mailing lists.
Anyway, thanks for confirming that editing the regex fixes the problem.
