While accessing regione.lombardia.it by selecting spid access the answer is always:
"Accesso non riuscito - CODICE: IDPC000215 - La sessione e' scaduta. Si prega di chiudere il browser e riprovare. "


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. access to https://www.fascicolosanitario.regione.lombardia.it 
2. select SPID access:   Entra con SPID
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
https://idpcwrapper.crs.lombardia.it/PublisherMetadata/spid.jsp answers the text above

EXPECTED RESULT
Askin me to select my SPID provider
