SUMMARY

Regardless of position in the clip the same incorrect frame is extracted.  Seems dup of older bug 410486 unresolved in this version.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. position clip to desired frame to capture
2. right-click "extract frame..."
3. save and incorrect image is created

OBSERVED RESULT
Incorrect image created from clip

EXPECTED RESULT
The exact frame displayed in clip monitor should be created
