SUMMARY
***

When having 2 screens, stack one on top of the other, and both have panels at the bottom of each screen.
The panels do not auto-hide.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Multi monitor setup
2. Put one screen above the other
3. Add a panel to the second screen 

OBSERVED RESULT

The panels never disappear

EXPECTED RESULT

Show panel only when I near the each
