The incorrectly displayed Location

SUMMARY
***
Kdenlive does not acknowledge changed proxy location in Settings > Manage Cache Data (All Projects)
(it is only correct for the local project)
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup Custom Folders in Settings > Configure Kdenlive > Project Defaults AND  Settings > Configure Kdenlive > Environment > Default Folders (all except library and temp pointing to the same folder, use default folder is NOT checked)

OBSERVED RESULT
Kdenlive still expects Proxy Data to be in %LOCALAPPDATA%\kdenlive\cache\proxy despite the folder not even existing.

EXPECTED RESULT
Kdenlive showing the correct default folder where Proxys are placed into.
