Error while opening Global Theme

SUMMARY
See title and the attached screenshot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Systemsettings
2. Go to Appearance

OBSERVED RESULT
Module can't be loaded because of errors

EXPECTED RESULT
Module opens

Qt Version: 6.6.0
Kernel Version: 5.19.0-46-generic (64-bit)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Plasma Style, Colors, Windows Decorations, Icons, Cursors, Splash Screen, Boot Splash Screen, Desktop Effects don't also open with similar error (didn't try all).

Neon packaging bug or repo de-sync/slowness; this is already fixed on current master.
