SUMMARY
It seems that all the weblinks in the windows don't work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a KDE application (e.g. Kate)
2. Go to, e.g. Help -> Report Bug...
3. Click on "Launch Bug Report Wizard", or on the weblink "https://bugs.kde.org" in that page.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Browser should opens

Can confirm. Possibly a deeper Qt issue as I get the same thing when I click on the "Plasma development build" text on the desktop, which is also supposed to open a link.
