STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Render many small videos or video sequences (1 second is enough). 
2. At some point the project has to be restarted, even though the last video was rendered successfully.

OBSERVED RESULT
Video successfully rendered, but re-rendering doesn't work because queue freezes ("Wait ...")

EXPECTED RESULT
Rendering again works, queue processed
