SUMMARY

Broken scaling + performance issues on NVIDIA

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Change global scale in display and monitor settings to anything above/below 100%


OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes when using left click+hold and dragging to select multiple files results in degraded performance (most notably visible in dolphin)  and broken scaling as well

EXPECTED RESULT
To just scale fonts + desktop just fine

Apologies, forgot to add that also it's heavily mixed bag - some stuff is heavily blurred and not scaled at all, while other things are crisp.

This should be better with Qt 6.6 or newer
