SUMMARY
modifying v desktop name with empty value, then applying it, will make full system lock up, kwin, even switching to tty ctl+alt+fn are not possible

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Virtual Desktop kcm
2. Edit some V desktop name (pencil ico) make it empty then press v ico
3. Press Apply
4. System not responding, hard reset needed

EXPECTED RESULT
Show error, or ignore the change

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
framework 5.108.0, 5.107.0
plasma 5.27.6
clean arch install, manjaro

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In the process of locked up, CPU usage are almost 100%
On plasma 5.24.6 framework 5.96.0 no lockups but everything is slowing down with high cpu usage.
